Welcome to mezuri.com, a website of Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC. The following are our terms of service. By conducting any transaction, you are agreeing to these terms.

Me Zuri will reply to any communications by e-mail, fax, or phone. By using our services, you are consenting to receiving communications from us (via email, phone, or fax).

This includes such as text, graphics, pictures, images, logos, icons, downloads, and data. The compilation of content on this site is the exclusive property of Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC is not liable for any damages including damages to your self or your computer arising from the use of this site including, but not limited to, viruses, files, or any other content. R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC is also not liable for any harm caused to you or any other person or property arising from the use of the products we sell.
Site Policies and Modification
Please review all of our other policies including our Privacy, Pricing, Product, and Shopping policies. These policies also govern your use of mezuri.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and this Site Use Agreement at any time without notice.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to mezuri.com or to products you purchase through R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Fairfax County, VA. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
User Information
mezuri.com and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC collects information from users only as necessary to conduct transactions for products. You do not give us any personal information by browsing the site, but only when you complete and email us the order enquiry form, or start the checkout process. In these cases, it may be necessary to collect the following information: name, organization (if applicable), shipping address, billing address, billing information (such as a credit card number, expiration date, etc. as applicable), and your communications preferences. Information that is optional will be noted. We only use the information we collect to process your orders, send you information that you have specifically requested, or information about products we think may interest you. We don’t customize your experience based on information we receive. Please see our privacy policy section for the details on our policies.
Product and Warranty
Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC strives to provide the best custom design handbags and purses. We will respond as quickly as possible to any enquiries or complaints.
Product Descriptions & Images
It is the policy of Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC to be as accurate as possible in describing products (i.e. details such as length, height, width, hardware, straps, surface design etc.). All images on mezuri.com are also true pictures taken of our products. However, because we hand make our designs from natural materials (including, but not limited to, leather, suede, hand-dyed fabric, raffia, hand-spun cotton, bead etc.) Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC cannot warrant that your order will be exactly the same the product image presented on the site.
Availabilty
All our products are hand made in our studio. Me Zuri me beautiful™
maintains a small inventory of some designs, but availability of any item
may change at any time and is subject to change without notice. We typically
expect to deliver your order within 2 to 3 weeks, but depending on prior
orders we may have to extend the delivery period. We will inform each
customer of the expected delivery upon receipt of their order. We will
ship all products as soon as possible. All products are shipped when they
are completed.
Warranties
Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC provides
a 30-day warranty to final consumers on all products we sell. All warranties
cover product quality and craftsmanship only and do not cover abuse, neglect,
and damages caused by any person or incident. Damage incurred during shipping
that is the fault of the U.S. Postal Service or other shipping/freight
companies is not covered by the warranty.
Craftsmanship
Because each of our items is hand-crafted, no two are identical. Moreover, due to differences in monitors, video cards, and visual perception Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC cannot guarantee any colors shown on your computer monitor. And because each item is hand crafted no two items will be completely identical.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Me Zuri me beautiful™ uses trusted sources of delivery to get our
products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our
shipping policy.
Freight Services
Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC uses U.S.
Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of domestic and Canadian shipment.
We may at our discretion use other shippers as well (including FedEx,
DHL, the USPS, and other freight forwarders).
Freight Charges
You will be charged the exact amount shown under FAQs. All of our shipping prices are actual shipping costs plus a small percentage of the total order price to cover materials. Occasionally a larger order will require a custom price quote that is not shown under FAQs; in these cases we may phone you to authorize additional shipping charges.
Damage and Shipping Errors
Your total shipping costs will be exactly those shown on FAQs page. If we ship the wrong item to you, contact us so we can send you a return shipping slip, and we'll make sure you get the right product. Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by loss or damage during shipment (see WARRANTY). Please contact Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC to coordinate efforts and to support your claims against damaged or lost packages.
Timeframe
Me Zuri me beautiful™ will contact you upon completion of your order to arrange shipping. We will ship partial orders with your approval.
Notification
Me Zuri me beautiful™ and R.L. Boone Design Group, LLC will provide you with a tracking number at your request, if available.
Returns
You may return products up to 15 days after receiving them. We will refund
full purchase price to you, less any shipping and handling charges and
15% restocking fees. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to
return any item, either for exchange, refund or replacement. All items
returned for exchange or refund must be in a new and saleable condition.

Returning Items
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return any item, either for exchange or replacement. However, you will be credited all reasonable freight charges relevant to that item if the product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. This does not include exchanges based on a dislike of color, sound, craftsmanship, or misunderstanding of product descriptions. You must include the original postal receipt in your return package to be eligible for a credit. Contact us if you have any questions about any product we carry. All items returned for exchange must be in a new or saleable condition. Items that are returned and non-saleable due to use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. The only exception to this rule is for warranty returns (see both Product Policy and the following terms for more information).
Replacements and Exchanges
All approved warranty returns will be replaced with an item of equal or lesser value of your choice. Non-warranty returns may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value of your choice, a maximum of one time per customer. See RETURNING ITEMS above for details regarding reimbursement of shipping costs. In any case, mezuri.com will pay for the freight charges to send your replacement or exchange item to you. Mezuri.com cannot offer cash refunds for items once purchased, regardless of the reasons for the exchange or replacement, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Timeframe for Returns
You may return any product for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. This time frame begins the day you receive the product and ends the day you ship the product back. You may return any item for replacement covered by warranty subject to the warranty policy.
How to Make a Return
If you have any questions about making a return please contact contactus@mezuri.com. Me Zuri me beautiful™ will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the return freight. You must deal directly with the freight company you used.
PURCHASING AND REFUNDS
Pricing Structure
Me Zuri me beautiful™ reserves the right to change its prices for any designs at any time. We may lower prices based on overall volume or other special circumstances or promotions.
Inability to Process Order
You will be immediately notified if Me Zuri me beautiful™ cannot, for any reason, process your order.
Reciept
A receipt will be mailed to you along with your order.
Cancelling Orders
Me Zuri me beautiful™ processes orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order please do so immediately via email and phone. We may or may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order ships than it may only be returned as subject to our return policy.
Payment Methods
Me Zuri me beautiful™ will process charge card orders to Visa and Master Card off-line. PayPal payments are also accepted, which should be directed to rlboone@rlboone.com. Me Zuri me beautiful™ may also decide, at its discretion, to accept purchase orders from verifiable companies or organizations.
Refund Methods
Mezuri.com cannot offer cash refunds for any returns, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Cash and check payments will be refunded via check. Credit card payments will be debited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Pay Pal purchases will be refunded via Pay Pal
Special Orders
Please contact Me Zuri me beautiful™ to make any special orders or to request items not currently offered on our website.
